• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments and pricing details include:

• Subscription plans are clearly listed on our website.
• Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and similar gateways.
• Payments are non-refundable except as allowed in our Refund Policy.
• If payment fails or subscription expires, access to paid features will be restricted.

You retain ownership of all question papers and materials you create on Examaker. By uploading or generating content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide our services.

You agree not to upload:

• Unlawful or plagiarized content
• Content infringing on others’ rights
• Any material intended to exploit or cause harm to students or minors

7. Intellectual Property

All Examaker trademarks, logos, designs, source code, and content are the exclusive property of the company. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Prohibited Use

• Reverse-engineering or hacking the platform
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Using Examaker for illegal or unethical activities

9. Limitation of Liability

Examaker is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for:

• Data loss caused by users or internet issues
• Misinterpretations or mistakes in AI-generated content
• Indirect or consequential damages
