Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We aim for complete transparency in billing. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work for Examaker subscriptions.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Payments are securely handled through Razorpay.
  • All subscription fees are charged upfront.
  • Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical issues preventing access to the platform

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment by emailing billing@examaker.com.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current month’s payment.
