What schools ask us.

One per teacher who sets papers, not one per teacher in the school. Minimum five, maximum fifty. Above fifty we price it as a conversation rather than a table.

Nothing breaks. Every seat contributes 60 papers a month into one shared pool, so a heavy month in one department draws on the pool rather than stopping that teacher. If you would rather cap it, you can set a monthly limit per teacher from the dashboard.

Yes. Buy more seats whenever you hire. Each batch keeps its own one-year validity, and the dashboard shows you plainly which seats renew automatically and which were added later.

Remove them from the dashboard and the seat frees up for the next person. The papers they made stay with the school.

Each teacher signs in with their own WhatsApp number. They get their own subject and classes, and their papers are their own. What they cannot change is the school name, the logo or the plan, which stay with you.

One yearly invoice for the school. School plans are a single payment rather than a card on file, so there is no automatic renewal charge to chase. We can send a formal quotation first if your office needs one to raise the payment.
